I’ve partnered with leaders across industries including defense, healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, insurance, and high-performance manufacturing environments — helping organizations navigate growth, complexity, operational challenges, and large-scale change.

With more than 30 years of executive operations and leadership experience, I support leaders who want to strengthen their impact, build high-performing teams, and deliver results that last.

My career spans aerospace, defense, medical device, and advanced manufacturing — environments where execution matters and people-centered leadership is essential. I’ve built and led teams in demanding settings and understand firsthand the pressure leaders face to perform, make decisions, and lead through change.

My coaching approach is grounded in Lean principles and Operational Excellence, with a strong focus on helping leaders create clarity, accountability, and engagement within their teams. I work with leaders to strengthen their leadership presence, decision-making, and communication, while learning how to create environments where teams consistently perform at a high level. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business, am certified as an Executive Coach through Center for Executive Coaching, and am Lean Six Sigma certified, bringing proven practices together with real-world leadership experience to help you lead with confidence and purpose.
